Technician Liam Riddick was excellent! Prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and patient with answering all of my questions. He is a great representative for your company… highly recommend this young gentleman.
The technician Niall Campbell did an excellent Job explain everything and made sure Furnace was ready for the winter the only thing I wondering why the Induced draft motor was so expensive for that amstrong furnace as I had one change two years ago when I live in Oro and it was $456.00 than for the Lenox furnace I had but its done and Happy with the service

Always great dealing with Central Heating. We recently lost hot water with an old boiler unit and was diagnosed, quoted and replaced by Niall. A pleasure, from caring customer service to expertise and prompt communication. They will be our only call for HVAC needs.
We had our furnace replaced today by Nicholas and Gavin. These two guys were amazing, extremely knowledgeable (and I ask A LOT of questions) and very efficient. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service and would recommend them 100%.

Starting with David in sales to Duct Cleaning, to Techs Nicholas and Gavin who all did an excellent job, kept me informed at every step answered my questions. And special shout out to Stefany (admin) who made the schedule work despite a couple of hiccups, she responded to my initial misunderstanding of the invoice process and explained everything very clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending Central to anyone in using their services!
We called in the morning and had a service call here in the afternoon with a very bright knowledgeable worker who fixed the AC so quickly! Liam was so personable and helpful and respectful, definitely someone I'm comfortable having in my house with the kids home and all. I'd recommend both Liam and this company to anyone!
When my 17 year old furnace stopped working just as winter was getting started, Central Heating was able to move me up in priority quicker than other local HVAC contractors. I ended up buying a new furnace from Central Heating. Their installers were very professional and did a great job with the installation. When I had an issue with my old AC condenser in the spring, Central Heating was able to get a service man (Liam) to my house first thing the next morning and quickly resolved the issue. He was also very professional. I bought a membership and will continue using Central Heating for regular service and maintenance of my HVAC equipment. Highly recommended!
Central Heating replaced our hot water tank yesterday, after a leak was confirmed a day earlier. Their service was prompt, efficient and friendly and their price was reasonable. Laura, Nick and Gavin were all extremely helpful and I extend my thanks to them.
Kevin arrived the same day (Friday) our old furnace went out, did a thorough evaluation of our house, and worked up and reviewed a proposal with us right there. (Plus my two dogs loved him!) Matt and Nick arrived slightly early on Monday with our new furnace and had it running in a couple of hours. Very personable guys who did a great job and explained everything. I also really liked their quoting and booking system that was easy, efficient, and gave me real-time updates on their arrival. I was so happy I ordered a heat pump from them as well.

Central Heatings two installation techs were on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant to have in our home. They provided a clean and professional job of our steam generating humidifier for our heat pump system. I would highly recommend them .

Everyone at Central Heating were amazing to deal with. The technicians (Nick and Matt) were very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of us and our home.
